Project Overview

Completed in 2021, this modern residential build reflects EPDA’s commitment to precision, innovation, and harmony with its natural surroundings. The project showcases a fusion of sleek lines, contemporary forms, and an open-plan aesthetic that blurs the boundaries between indoor and outdoor living.

Project Details

EPDA was entrusted with delivering the full scope of architectural services — from conceptualization to interior design — ensuring a seamless translation of vision into reality. The core challenge was crafting a space that felt both expansive and intimate, with natural light used strategically to elevate the sense of openness without compromising privacy.

The team prioritized clean geometry and a restrained material palette to evoke timeless sophistication. Particular attention was given to the interplay of glass, stone, and steel, allowing the structure to sit boldly within the landscape while maintaining a soft residential feel. Inside, the interiors echo this balance — with curated lighting, warm finishes, and spatial zoning that enhances daily living.

A key achievement of this project was integrating structural boldness (such as cantilevered roofing and deep overhangs) with functional simplicity — a signature of EPDA’s design language.
